Dear Fourth Graders,
Can you believe it is almost time for school to begin? I hope you have had a great summer and have gotten lots of rest because this next year is going to be a GROWING year for you! You have so much knowledge to gain, so many events to experience and multitudes of skills to acquire. Fourth grade is going to be an amazing year.
In order to be ready for the first day of school there are a few items you will need to prepare. First, please bring an empty cereal box on the first day. Second, please have your parent(s) complete the parent homework, “In a Million Words or Less.”
Enjoy your last few days of summer…I am looking forward to seeing you at the Back to School Celebration Thursday, August 28th between 4:30-6:30 PM and/or on the first day of school!
“Happiness is neither virtue nor pleasure nor this thing nor that but simply growth. We are happy when we are growing.”
