Volunteer Appreciation

"Sometimes people are beautiful
  Not in looks
  Not in what they say
  Just in what they are"
~Markus Zusak

Here is our cast of All Star Volunteers for the 2012-2013 school year:

This volunteer has been coming to help me in the classroom for FIVE years! In an effort to maintain his job satisfaction I have only given him his favorite job this year: photocopying! And I so appreciate the moral support over cups of green tea.

 Engineering Projects and Much More!
"Not every classroom has a brilliant mechanical engineer from Intel who does engineer design with students, challenge math groups every week and sets up technology for the teacher," Mrs. Z reminded me the other day when I was bragging about how amazing my Apple TV is. She's so right! We are so lucky to have him and we have gotten to do so many mind blowing projects because of him!

Most Amazing Anything At Any Time Volunteer
This volunteer grades the spelling and vocab each week. She ran the Mathletics Lab on Monday morning for three months. She does bulletin boards, photocopying, picture taking, works with students, files...the woman does it all!!! I don't know how I am going to function without her next year.
